Refund Policy

REFUNDS (applies on accessories only)
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:   

  •     Customised orders (sofas / dining sets) can’t be returned under any circumstances.     
  •     All items bought through Klarna cannot be canceled or returned after the order is made.

Please Note

●     All Items should be returned in the original package and with the same condition when it was received    

●     After we check the item and make sure it is in the original condition we will start the return process.        

●    Exchange can apply on available stock purchases only.

●    The customer could loose his deposit if he wants to cancel the order before he received it (applies on customised orders).
