Return and Refund Policy

RETURNS

Customers purchasing online have the right to cancel eligible orders within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, unless the item is exempt from cancellation rights (Please refer to EXCEPTIONS / NON -RETURNABLE ITEMS section below). If an item is delivered faulty, damaged, or has a manufacturing fault, please notify us with 14 days of Purchase. Where a fault is confirmed, we will:

  1. Repair the item; or
  2. Replace the item with the same or equivalent product.

If we are unable to repair or replace the item within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund will be issued.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • All Items should be returned in the original package and with the same condition when it was received
  • Not assembled, installed, altered, or damaged after delivery

After we check the item and make sure it is in the original condition we will start the return process.        

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@llfurniture.co.uk/ to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


EXCEPTIONS / NON -RETURNABLE ITEMS 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:   

    • Bespoke / made-to-order furniture
    • Personalised or custom-finished items
    • Items specifically manufactured to customer specifications
    • Accessories and decorative items
    • Clearance, ex-display, or showroom display items sold as seen
    • Items purchased on offers, discounts, or clearance sales are non-refundable and non-returnable.

CANCELLATION

In the event of a cancellation, a £100 admin fee will be deducted to cover processing and handling costs . If customer want to cancel the order before they receive it they could loose their deposit. 

DELIVERY INSPECTION & ACCEPTANCE

Customers must inspect all items carefully at the time of delivery before signing the delivery note.

By signing the delivery note without recording any issues, the customer confirms that:

  • The goods were delivered in satisfactory visible condition;
  • The correct quantity of items was received; and
  • No visible damage, defects, or delivery discrepancies were present at the time of delivery.

Any visible damage, shortages, incorrect items, or other delivery issues must be:

  • Reported immediately to the delivery team; and
  • Clearly noted on the delivery documentation before signing.

Claims relating to visible damage, shortages, incorrect items, or delivery discrepancies may not be accepted once the delivery note has been signed without relevant remarks.

Signing the delivery note does not affect the customer’s statutory rights in relation to hidden defects, manufacturing faults, or issues not reasonably discoverable upon delivery inspection.

PROMOTIONS , SALES & PRICE ADJUSTMENTS 

From time to time, Luxelife Furniture may run promotional offers, seasonal sales, discount campaigns, or limited-time pricing events.

Such promotions apply only to qualifying orders placed during the stated promotional period and cannot be applied retrospectively to purchases made before the promotion commenced.

We do not offer price adjustments, partial refunds, credits, or retrospective discounts for orders placed prior to the start of any promotion or sale.

Promotions may be amended, extended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice, unless otherwise stated.
