Orders

When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order where:

  • the product is unavailable;
  • there is a pricing or description error;
  • payment has not been received or authorised;
  • we suspect fraudulent activity;
  • the order appears to be placed by a reseller or distributor;
  • delivery to the requested address is not possible.

An order is not fully accepted until we confirm it and receive the required payment.


Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£).

We accept payment by methods displayed at checkout, which may include Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and other available payment options.

You agree to pay the full price of the products, including any delivery charges, at the time of placing your order unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding.


Bespoke, Customised, and Made-to-Order Items

Some items may be bespoke, customised, special order, or made to your specification.

Once production or ordering has started, bespoke, customised, and made-to-order items cannot usually be cancelled, changed, or returned unless they are faulty.

Deposits paid for bespoke, customised, or made-to-order items may be non-refundable once work or production has started.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


Delivery

Delivery dates and lead times are estimates only. Our estimated lead time may be around 12 weeks, depending on the product, supplier, manufacturing process, and logistics.

Delays may occur due to manufacturing, shipping, customs, supplier delays, or circumstances outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed, but delivery delays do not automatically give rise to compensation, cancellation, or refund beyond your statutory rights.


Delivery Access and Customer Responsibility

Before placing an order, you are responsible for checking that the furniture will fit into your property.

This includes checking:

  • doorways;
  • hallways;
  • staircases;
  • lifts;
  • room access;
  • parking and delivery access.

If access is restricted and additional work is required, such as removing doors, windows, bannisters, or making other adjustments, extra charges may apply. These charges must be paid before delivery can be completed.

If delivery cannot be completed because of access issues, additional delivery, storage, or redelivery charges may apply.


Inspection on Delivery

You should inspect your items carefully upon delivery.

Any visible damage, missing items, or delivery issues should be reported to us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours, with photographs where possible.

This helps us resolve issues quickly and does not affect your statutory rights.


Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, cancellations, exchanges, damaged goods, and faulty items are covered separately in our Refunds & Returns Policy.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


Warranty

Luxe Life Furniture provides a 12-month manufacturing warranty on sofa sets, corner sofas, and dining room furniture against manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear;
  • accidental damage;
  • misuse or neglect;
  • incorrect assembly;
  • improper cleaning or maintenance;
  • damage caused after delivery;
  • reduced-to-clear or clearance items;
  • natural variations in material, colour, grain, texture, or finish.

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights.


Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Information about how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data is explained in our separate Privacy Policy.
